I bring strategic perspective, candid counsel, pattern recognition, and access to a lifetime of learning and relationships.

I am particularly interested in inflection points—when the stakes are high, the path isn't obvious, and a different way of seeing can change what's possible.

This is a deliberately small, high-touch advisory practice. I work with a limited number of clients where there is strong mutual alignment and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Focused, confidential counsel for founders, executives, and investors seeking clarity on a consequential decision, opportunity, or challenge.

Areas of focus include capital strategy, investor readiness, business positioning, strategic partnerships, ecosystem navigation, and executive decision-making.

For substantial ecosystem navigation and capital strategy engagements, a two-hour minimum applies.

The Deep Dive | $6,800–$10,000

My signature strategic engagement: four hours of intensive exploration, challenge, reframing, and possibility.

We examine the business, the assumptions, the opportunities, and the obstacles. We identify what matters most and where to focus next.

Designed to accelerate clarity, unlock new thinking, and establish actionable strategic priorities.

Scope and fees are agreed upon in advance.

Retained Strategic Advisory | By Arrangement

For a small number of founders and executives seeking an ongoing strategic thought partner.

Engagements are individually structured around objectives, access, cadence, and mutual commitments.
