Crafting compelling professional introduction or elevator speech, using client's wording and interests; client creates first draft using worksheet, consultant fine tunes Up to 3 iterations of prelim resume to solicit greater detail and client input and create strong final version of resume; first draft of chronological resume format returned to client requesting additional information, details and clarification

Level II
All of Level I deliverables
One 60-minute coaching session to clarify client's job search needs and messaging strategies; plus outline top three contributions to organizational success
Coaching session to help client prepare interview talking points outlining key contributions to organizational success and selected accomplishments to support talking points
For an additional 2 hours of consulting, convert chrono format resume to create compelling functional format
Fees: estimate provided after consult. Assumes that client has working draft of resume which is no less than 12 months old. Without current resume, add 90 more minutes additional consulting for rough draft resume creation.
Level III All of Level I & II deliverables, plus up to 5 iterations on revised resume
Coaching session to help client prepare interview talking points outlining key contributions to organizational success and selected accomplishments to support talking points
Two 60-minutes coaching session to brainstorm job search strategies, key talking/selling points, and suggestions for informational/networking conversations
For no additional charge, convert chrono resume format to create compelling functional format to be used to penetrate new target markets/positions or to be used for consulting.
