Ann Badillo is a recognized business strategist, facilitator, and executive coach with corporate clients over the last 20 years. She is principal of her own consulting and coaching practice in Palo Alto, California. She has served several industry sectors to include: technology, biotech, life science, healthcare, medical device and professional services. Her specific areas of expertise include, strategy consulting, large-scale facilitation, acceleration processes, executive coaching and strategic marketing. She previously has served in leadership roles with early round start-ups in Silicon Valley.
Ann has an industry reputation for coaching individuals, team and groups to tap dormant creativity, which can produce deep insights, decisions and actions. She specializes in strategic thinking skills for executives and her approach to leadership consulting is a synthesis of systems theory, scenario planning, complexity theory, accelerated learning, and integral coaching. Ann is an active adjunct instructor in executive education at Stanford and UC Berkeley.
Ann is a graduate and member of The Coaching Institute. She also has trained with New Ventures West Coaching School of San Francisco and is familiar with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and model of adult renewal.
